What:

Virtual inspiration/programming meeting that includes one design option for each room.
Written design concept (the "Design Plan") which includes:
- Design presentation showcasing materials/selections.
- Detailed floor plans with furniture placement/elevation views.
- Lighting/electrical plans.
- 3D rendering to visualize the final design.
Proposal/selection sheet that specifies all finishes/cost for construction/purchase list.
One revision (if necessary).
Final schematic design drawings and finish schedule.
Client will procure all approved merchandise and materials.
Client will track, coordinate, and receive all open orders.
Client will execute design project from concept through final installation.
Access to our team of trusted tradesmen.

Process:

Phase 1: Conceptual Design:

Our team works closely with you and your family to understand your vision, style, things that you like/dislike (these are the most helpful), and most importantly, how you want to interact with your new space.
Next, we begin pulling inspiration ideas from multiple sources to help guide and begin telling the story for your new project.
We then begin drafting preliminary floor plans with suggested furniture placement and size based off your measurements - we will help you know how to measure your space.
Finally, we request preliminary quotes from vendors and tradesmen.

Phase 2: Design:

After finalizing our concept for your space, we will reach out to schedule a virtual meeting to present our ideas - 1 revision will be provided based on your feedback if necessary.
If a revision is needed, and after we have completed our final tweaks, we will schedule a final virtual design presentation to make sure we have dotted all of our "i's" and crossed all of our "t's."
Lastly, we will request final quotes from vendors and tradesmen for you to approve.

Phase 3: Execution:

Once all design and proposals have been approved, we will share a final purchase list with you to order all approved materials to be delivered to your project site.
To cut down on costs, you will coordinate deliveries, installations, schedule vendors, contractors, tradesmen/artisan and will contact our team as needed.

Phase 4: Completion:

Our team will be eagerly waiting to schedule a final virtual walk-through to ensure your space is to your satisfaction.
If we find any unforeseen issues during our virtual walk-through, we will create a final punch-list for you and your contractor to work through.
Once everything is finalized and complete, we will bring in our lovely photographer to capture your new beautiful space. Many times this occurs after the final install date.

Cost:

Each eDESIGN project is different and will be quoted by project. Pricing depends on the type of project, number of rooms, and overall time commitment.
