Bumps, cracks, uneven lines... Wall liners make it easy to hang wallpaper in older homes...
If you're like me and live in an old home, you know the struggle and envy of wallpaper. Many of the walls in my home are 100-year old plaster walls that are mostly in tip top shape, but there are a few spots that have seen better days. According to Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper, wall Liner, sometimes referred to as Paper Wall Liner, Lining Paper and Wallliner, is a thick paper that's designed to cover flaws in walls, such as paneling, uneven surfaces, etc. It is super easy to install and comes unpasted or pre-pasted; similar to hanging wallpaper.
